Shipping Policy
At Aditi Sweets, we are committed to delivering your sweet treats with utmost care and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping guidelines below:
1. Bhopal Shipping
Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered within 2-3 days.
If an order is placed on a public holiday or during an Indian Festival, it will be delivered on the next working day.
2. Pan India Shipping
All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days from the date of order placement.
Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days for orders outside Bhopal post dispatch.
3. General Shipping Rules
We do not offer courier services on Sundays or Government Holidays.
We strive to meet our delivery timelines, but there may be slight delays during festive seasons due to high demand or limited stock. Your understanding is appreciated during these times.
Please ensure accurate shipping details are provided during checkout. Any delay caused by incorrect details will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. Grievance and Support
For any shipping or product-related concerns, please contact us at manager@aditisweets.in.
We will address all concerns within 48 hours of delivery.
In case of defects or damages to the products, please attach relevant images when contacting us for assistance.
5. Delivery Timelines
Bhopal: Delivery will occur within 72 hours.
For same-day deliveries, kindly place an order on Zomato or Swiggy.
