Unless expressly stated otherwise, Saxena Horizon Collective Private Limited is the seller and contracting party for products purchased directly through www.aditisweets.in.
Shopify, Razorpay, courier companies, communication providers and other service providers used by the website are not the seller of Aditi Sweets products merely because they provide technology, payment, delivery or support services.

Formal consumer complaints will be assigned a complaint reference number for tracking. We will acknowledge receipt of a consumer complaint within 48 hours and will seek to resolve it within one month from the date it is received.

5. Ecommerce platform and payment services
The online store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify provides ecommerce infrastructure used for product display, cart and checkout functions, customer accounts, order administration and related website services.
Online payments are processed through Razorpay and any other payment method expressly displayed at checkout. Payment providers may apply their own terms, privacy notices, transaction limits and security procedures.
Aditi Sweets may also use independent courier, local-delivery, email, SMS, WhatsApp, analytics, cloud, fraud-prevention and information-technology service providers.
The involvement of a service provider does not remove any responsibility that Saxena Horizon Collective Private Limited has as the seller under applicable law.
6. Food-business and product information
All products offered for sale through the Aditi Sweets website are vegetarian.
Product-specific information will be provided on the relevant product page, physical package, label or invoice as applicable. This may include:

Customers should review the product page before ordering and read the physical label before consumption. Where the online information and the physical label appear materially inconsistent, the customer should not consume the product until clarification has been obtained from Aditi Sweets. A material inconsistency may also be reported under the Return and Refund Policy.
7. Allergen, dietary and health notice
Products may contain declared allergens and may be prepared, handled or packed in facilities that also handle other allergens.
Customers with a severe allergy, intolerance, medical condition or specific dietary requirement should review the product-specific information and contact Aditi Sweets before ordering.
An allergy or dietary request entered in an order note does not by itself create a guarantee that a product is free from an allergen or suitable for a medical condition.
Unless a product is expressly described and labelled as free from a particular allergen, it should not be assumed to be allergen free.
Information on the website concerning ingredients, traditional practices, taste, wellness, nutrition or lifestyle is provided for general information. It is not medical, nutritional, therapeutic or professional advice. No product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a disease unless expressly authorised and described in accordance with applicable law.
8. Product images and handcrafted variation
Many Aditi Sweets products are handcrafted. Reasonable differences may occur between batches in colour, size, shape, garnish, arrangement, decorative finish and presentation.
Product photographs are illustrative. Lighting, screen settings, styling and seasonal packaging may affect appearance.
Natural or minor handcrafted variations are not defects where the product, net quantity, essential characteristics, quality and description remain materially consistent with the order and applicable law.
Nothing in this section permits the delivery of a product that is materially different from its description or reduces any mandatory consumer or food-labelling right.
9. Prices, GST, shipping charges and invoices
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless expressly stated otherwise.
Product prices shown on the website are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST, shipping charges and any other disclosed charges will be added and displayed before payment. The total amount payable will be shown before the order is placed.
For pre-packaged products subject to mandatory retail-price declarations, Aditi Sweets will not charge more than the applicable Maximum Retail Price.
Invoices and payment records will contain the particulars required by applicable law.
10. Website accuracy, availability and orders
Aditi Sweets takes reasonable care to keep website information, product descriptions, prices, availability, contact details and policies accurate and current.
Temporary errors, service interruptions, delayed updates or technical problems may occur. We may correct website content, availability, pricing or other information where necessary.
All products are subject to availability and food-safety checks. The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, technical or operational reasons.
The treatment of an order affected by a genuine pricing, availability, payment or technical error is governed by the Terms of Service and applicable law.
Nothing in this section permits Aditi Sweets to misrepresent a product, avoid an accepted contractual obligation or exclude a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Unless otherwise stated, the Aditi Sweets name, logos, product names, website design, written material, photographs, videos, illustrations, graphics, packaging artwork and other original content are owned by or licensed to Saxena Horizon Collective Private Limited.
Website content may not be copied, modified, reproduced, republished, distributed, scraped, commercially exploited or used to create derivative material without prior written permission, except where use is permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks, platform names, logos and service marks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the website does not imply ownership, sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement unless expressly stated.

Aditi Sweets is not responsible for unrelated third-party content, availability or independent practices. This does not remove any responsibility Aditi Sweets has for an order or service supplied directly by it.
Orders placed through a third-party marketplace, food-delivery application, social-media platform or other external channel may also be governed by that platform's terms, payment procedures, cancellation rules and support process.
13. Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, recipient and delivery information and for reviewing the selected products, quantities, charges and total amount before placing an order.
Customers and recipients should inspect parcels promptly, follow storage and handling instructions and avoid consuming a product that appears spoiled, contaminated, tampered with, leaking or otherwise unsafe.
The Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Terms of Service contain the applicable reporting, delivery, replacement and refund procedures.
14. Consumer and statutory rights
Nothing in this Legal Notice, the Terms of Service or any other store policy is intended to exclude, waive or restrict a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Mandatory rights under applicable consumer-protection, food-safety, ecommerce, company, tax, data-protection and other laws will continue to apply.
Where any part of this Legal Notice conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the legal requirement will apply to the extent of the conflict.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
This website, its policies and direct online transactions are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to any mandatory right of a consumer to approach another competent court, commission, authority or forum, courts and competent forums in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh will have jurisdiction.
Customers are encouraged to contact the Grievance Officer before beginning a formal dispute so that the matter can be investigated. This does not prevent a customer from using any statutory grievance or dispute-redressal process.

Aditi Sweets may update this Legal Notice to reflect changes in law, corporate details, business operations, service providers, website features or regulatory requirements.
